Week 1 done and dusted in the Foldi Clinic

I was very homesick for the first few days but I’m into the routine of it now and the days are busy.
The weather has been great, food not so good but the treatment is excellent. I have manual lymph drainage and bandaging on both my legs every morning and a further half hour lymph drainage massage in the afternoon.
Already I can see a significant improvement in my legs. They’re softer and not just as big as when I arrived.
Every day is like Groundhog Day. Up at 5.30-6am. It takes an hour and a half to take off the bandages and roll them up for next time. Then breakfast, therapy, gym classes, lunch, waking, dinner and I’m ready for bed by 8pm.
The weekends are long as there is only treatment on Friday morning but the scenery and walks are beautiful. Autumn is in full bloom in the Black Forest. I’m attaching a photo of the gym programme, I hope it’s of interest.
Bring on week 2, more fluid loss and 🙏 even smaller legs.
